Green Creek Paradigms develops animal population models, provides GIS support to biodiversity conservation projects  and can help design sustainable livestock grazing systems.    Geographic areas of prior work include the U.S. Mid-Atlantic, East Africa and Western Australia. 

Green Creek Paradigms is the home of the CRITTRZ population simulation kit.   This library supports modeling of demographic, genetic and infectious disease processes in animal populations subdivided by space or social groupings.  It is designed for use by researchers and conservation biologists.  A test version of CRITTRZ has been released  under an open source license and can be downloaded now.  Visit the CRITTRZ home page for details.
